vegas...eddie...

first and foremost...today...at 2:15pm...Mickey met Eddie fuckin' Vedder...

he came into Mickey's house with his young daughter...took a group picture with a bunch of people, including another musician i couldn't quite place...then HE shook my hand...so nervous..just stood there shaking and wimpering..no "animation"!

...way too hot....115....couldn't even lounge by the pool...monday kinda blew...the bars we wanted to go to closed at 1am...alas, i couldn't get drunk...but that night we went to see La Femme at MGM>..front row center...i've never been front row for anything in my life!!! naked french girls with special lighting projected on them...it got all titilating and all that entails...THEN right in the middle of the show..***comic relief time*** (i guess) there was this dwarf michael jackson impersonator lipsinc-ing to smooth criminal...uh...just a tad random!!! went to teatro euro bar and paid $12 for a drink..tried to get to Red Square..closed :(..tried rooftop bar at Mandalay...closed :( then went to house of blues to watch mindless karaoke...paid 7.50 for a shot of Cuervo.

then tues night went to piano bar at harrahs..then to Voodoo Lounge atop the Rio..awesome view of the city...had quite a few redbull/vodkas..and got as drunk as i had hoped to get :) some guy from Riverside was on me all night...promised he would drive us to the Palms in his BMW...i told him to prove it..so we got in his gorgeous BMW..navigation system and everything and headed towards studio 54 instead...he bought me more alcohol...and kept asking to come up and see his "room"....i did make out with him a little..but left him cold....my friend was stuck with his gang-banger friend :) and that's kinda where the weekend ended..left early next day for home...
